Advanced Inspection & Testing Laboratory

Our fully equipped in-house testing laboratory operates with high-precision analytical instruments to ensure every batch meets international standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASME, JIS):

• Tensile & Proof Load Testers: Mechanical property testing to evaluate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and load bearing capacities up to Grade 12.9 high-strength fasteners.

• Automatic Optical Sorting Machines: 100% full-inspection for critical dimensional parameters, thread integrity, and surface defects, guaranteeing zero-defect delivery for automated assembly lines.

• Salt Spray Testing Chambers: Accelerated environmental corrosion testing (NSS / AASS) to verify the coating thickness and corrosion resistance of Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Dacromet, and Zinc Plating.

• Rockwell & Vickers Hardness Testers: Precise evaluation of surface and core hardness after heat treatment processes.

• Spectrometers (PMI) & Metallographic Analysis: Chemical composition verification of incoming steel wire rods and microstructural grain analysis.

4-Step Quality Assurance Process

1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Strict chemical and physical inspection of raw material wire rods before entering the cold heading process.

2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Hourly dimensional and visual checks by on-site technicians during cold forging and thread rolling.

3. FQC (Final Quality Control): Comprehensive testing of mechanical properties, surface finish, plating thickness, and thread clearance.

4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Final sampling audit and verification of labeling, quantity, export packaging integrity, and documentation.

Every shipment is fully traceable back to its raw material heat lot. We provide complete technical documentation upon request, including:
